Quick Start Guide

This guide will help you get up and running with Bartendie in just 10 minutes.

1. Add Your Basic Inventory (2 minutes)​

  1. Go to the Inventory screen
  2. Tap the "+" button
  3. Use the scanner to quickly add products, or add them manually
  4. Focus on your main spirits and mixers first

2. Create Your First Event (2 minutes)​

  1. Go to the Events screen
  2. Tap the "+" button
  3. Enter a name, date, and guest count
  4. Select a simple theme

3. Build a Simple Menu (3 minutes)​

  1. From your event, tap "Create Menu"
  2. Add 3-5 drinks that use your available ingredients
  3. Ensure you have a good variety of options

4. Generate a Shopping List (1 minute)​

  1. From your menu, tap "Generate Shopping List"
  2. Review the needed ingredients
  3. Check the "In Stock" items against your physical inventory

5. Plan Your Bar Setup (2 minutes)​

  1. Go to the Bar Setup screen
  2. Select your event
  3. Review the recommended tools and glassware
  4. Make adjustments as needed
