What is Menu Balance?
Menu balance refers to the distribution of:
- Flavor profiles (sweet, sour, bitter, etc.)
- Base spirits (diversity of alcohol types)
- Preparation methods (shaken, stirred, built)
- Complexity levels (simple to advanced)
- Strength levels (high-proof to non-alcoholic)
