Managing Guest Lists

Guest lists help you track invitations, RSVPs, and preferences for your events.

Creating a Guest List

  1. Open the event you want to manage
  2. Scroll to the "Guests" section
  3. Tap "Manage Guest List"

Adding Guests

You can add guests individually or import them:

Adding Individual Guests

  1. Tap the "+" button
  2. Enter the guest's name and contact information
  3. Add any known preferences or dietary restrictions
  4. Tap "Save" to add the guest

Importing Guests

  1. Tap the "Import" button
  2. Choose from contacts, previous events, or a spreadsheet
  3. Select the guests you want to add
  4. Tap "Import Selected"

Tracking RSVPs

For each guest, you can set their RSVP status:

  1. Tap on a guest in the list
  2. Change their status to:
    • Invited
    • Confirmed
    • Declined
    • Maybe

Managing Guest Preferences

Recording preferences helps you plan better menus:

  1. Select a guest from the list
  2. Tap "Preferences"
  3. Add information about:
    • Favorite spirits or cocktails
    • Disliked ingredients
    • Allergies or dietary restrictions
    • Non-alcoholic preferences

Guest List Analytics

Bartendie provides useful insights about your guest list:

  1. Tap "Analytics" from the guest list screen
  2. View information such as:
    • Confirmation rate
    • Common preferences
    • Recommended drinks based on overall preferences

Contacting Guests

You can communicate with your guests directly:

  1. Select one or more guests from the list
  2. Tap "Contact"
  3. Choose to send an email or message
  4. Customize the template provided
  5. Send the communication

Tips for Effective Guest Management

  • Record preferences during or after events for future reference
  • Create guest tags for grouping (e.g., "Wine Lovers," "Non-Drinkers")
  • Update contact information regularly
  • Note feedback after events to improve future experiences
