Story: Prepare Bar Setup for an Event

As a Host, I want to create a bar setup plan for a specific event, so that I can ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and ingredients are ready and organized for service.

Acceptance Criteria​

  • I can create a BarSetup for a specific Event and Bar (within a Venue).
  • The system should be able to suggest a list of required Tools, Equipment, and Glassware based on the event's menu.
  • I can add custom tasks or instructions to a setup checklist (e.g., "Chill beer", "Cut garnishes", "Batch cocktails").
  • I can describe the physical Layout of the bar setup.
  • I can mark setup tasks as complete.
  • The bar setup plan should be viewable and printable as a checklist.

Example Setup Tasks​

  • Chill beer in bar-top cooler.
  • Set up drink stations on the bar.
  • Cut limes for garnishes.
  • Fill pour 'n stores with mixers.
  • Stock bottle cooler with beer, juices, Topo Chico, and ginger beer.
