22. Use lucide icons for the appliation

Context

The AI wanted to use HeroIcons. In the past we have stuck to FontAwesome Icons. We are moving towards shadcn/ui as our UI framework. It prefers https://lucide.dev/packages Lucide as the icon package. HeroIcons lead to bloat. FontAwesome Icons always end up requiring special configuration. We are going to listen to the framework.

Decision

We are going to use Lucide Icons as our Icon library for this application.

Consequences

What becomes easier or more difficult to do and any risks introduced by the change that will need to be mitigated.
