Batch Preparation
Batch preparation allows you to scale cocktail recipes for larger events, saving time while maintaining quality.
Why Batch Cocktails?
Batching provides several advantages:
- Save time during the event
- Ensure consistency across multiple servings
- Reduce waste with precise calculations
- Minimize equipment needs at service time
- Allow for pre-preparation of complex drinks
Types of Batching
Bartendie supports different batching approaches:
Complete Batching
Pre-mix all ingredients including spirits, modifiers, water, and sometimes even garnish.
Partial Batching
Pre-mix stable ingredients but add fresh components like citrus just before serving.
Base Batching
Pre-mix only the alcoholic components, then add mixers to order.
